Have you already auditioned, and know your choir placement? If so, you can register using one of the following methods:

  • Submit the inquiry form below, and a representative will get back to you the next business day.
  • Download and print the registration form in PDF format, fill it out and sign it; then send it along with payment, via fax or U.S. Mail, to us at:
